WPA Pinfold were briefed to develop a communications system that gives ownership and consistency to all Learning, Development and Recruitment(LD&R) materials across RWE npower.

A toolkit of elements was created allowing the different business units within RWE to create their own branded training materials along with a suite of images to support the different business areas.

A set of brand guidelines have also been created in support of this and ensure the implementation of the core brand assets are used in accordance with these guidelines.

The result is an integrated, multilevel programme that engages with employees and supports them in their journey from recruitment, through induction and their ongoing development.
RWE npower
