Repositioning a legal disruptor for growth
Thrive Law is a law firm with a difference, being the only law firm in the UK to concentrate solely on diversity & inclusion, employment law, mental health and well-being.
Thrive work with employers to elevate these issues to the top of the business agenda, understanding that the well-being of employees ensures people thrive in the workplace, and when they thrive, businesses thrive too.
We were commissioned to create an inclusive, digital first, brand identity and visual language that would support Thrive Law’s growth ambitions. Our strategic approach to the brand evolution pivoted around our Big Thought – ‘Legal minds for a thriving workplace’.
As we developed the wordmark we created a gender-neutral figure to replace the ‘i’ in Thrive, putting people well and truly at the heart of this new brand.
Photography was selected to have a single-minded focus on wellness in the workplace, whilst tone of voice was given a sense of confidence, inclusivity and clarity.
The new brand above all, had to show that the business lives and breathes its values, they affect change and it had to empower and elevate people. As the business enters a new chapter, we look forward to watching it grow and thrive.
The WPA Pinfold team lead by example and work with people and businesses who care about their people. We were attracted to them for this reason. They took the time to get to know me, my values, our business and our customers. They really listened to our needs and what was important to us. They brought loads of creative to the table and I’m really pleased with the new identity.
