We created a multi-faceted campaign designed specifically to ensure colleagues understood the meaning of William Hill Balance and how they could benefit from and utilise it.
The tone of voice was developed to be clear and concise in one or two words – inspiring colleagues to consider ways in which balance could be achieved.
An animation introducing Balance along with “A day in the life” video showing what Balance means to the William Hill leadership team.
An onboarding brochure for all colleagues, providing support and information on Balance, clearly explaining every aspect of the initiative.
“A Day of Balance pack” for in-store colleagues unable to work from home. They receive £50 towards an activity that gives them a sense of balance.
WPA understood our brief perfectly and how we wanted a combination of tradition (our brand) and a fresh new look. They certainly achieved this.
