Challenge
The Eversheds Sutherland partners meet at their global partner conference biannually, and it’s a pivotal point for collaboration in their calendar. Our challenge was to help uplift, energise and excite delegates from around the globe. The event is about conveying a sense of unity and collective progress.
We were tasked with creating a unique and differentiating visual language for the conference, which embodied their bold, new, strategic narrative.
Insight
This global partner conference represents a moment in time. A time when the leadership team was evolving and the organisation was evolving too, to keep pace with the ever-changing demands of the legal sector. Coupled with this was a renewed emphasis on the growth potential within this top 40 ranking global law firm. There is a huge opportunity to create more collaboration between the international business and the US territory, the whole being greater than the sum of the parts.
Solution
Forward together. A single-minded proposition to give the conference shape and the partners purpose. It’s a concept about unity and collaboration. The visual identity brought consistency across all of the event touchpoints and the communications which surrounded it. This wrapper helped Eversheds to communicate its strategy to over 700 partners, promoting the idea of one team, working together toward a common future.
This was predominantly a digital-first event. The visual language for the event played a key role in making the messaging stand out, setting it apart from business-as-usual communications, heralding the arrival of a new leadership team.
Film and animation were used at key moments within the flow to highlight progress, innovation, challenges and successes from across the business.
We had a first-class experience working with WPA Pinfold. Every member of the team was superb to work with, and exemplified creativity, professionalism, and good humour in equal measure.
