Double Gold win at EBMA’s
We are delighted to announce we won 2 Gold Awards at the Employer Brand Management 2021 Awards (EBMA's) last night
We were awarded Gold in the ‘best employee experience’ category for our work with William Hill and the ‘Balance’ initiative, which offers a new hybrid way of working for colleagues, allowing employees to achieve work life balance.
We helped William Hill communicate their new flexibility package for employees in the face of the global pandemic and the gold winning results saw an astounding uplift in employee satisfaction from 0.4% to 8.4%, an increase in employee retention and 91% engagement rate in the campaign.

Our second Gold was awarded in the ‘best employee wellbeing initiative’ category for Arriva Group and their ‘Well-being Weekend’ initiative, which was adapted to cater for the various working patterns across the 14 countries it operates in, but with the same aim, to help employees take time to rest and recharge, and ensure they felt valued during lockdown.
We consulted on the internal communications strategy and created the brand identity to engage employees across the territories. The gold winning initiative gained highly positive results, with 84% of employees rating the weekend as excellent or very good and 84% agreeing that the well-being weekend showed Arriva cared about it colleagues.
