WPA shortlisted for two EBMAs
WPA Pinfold shortlisted for two employee engagement awards...
The awards are in recognition of our work with Arriva Group, in the ‘Best Employee Wellbeing Initiative’ category, and William Hill, in the ‘Best Employee Experience’ category.
The EBMAs recognise the importance of the employer brand management process.
The award programme compares and contrasts the different aspects of employer branding, rewarding excellence and celebrating the campaigns and the organisations that are excelling in this field.
Both campaigns were born out of the pandemic, as companies faced unchartered territory and were forced to adapt to new ways of working, and to consider, more so than ever, how their employees were dealing with the changes and challenges these unprecedented times presented.
The Arriva Group ‘Wellbeing Weekend’ initiative and the William Hill ‘Balance’ campaign both worked to demonstrate how the companies value their employees by introducing new flexible ways of working and time off to completely relax and recharge.
